Zhang Jianguo, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhanhua County, Shandong province. He was born in 1954, joined the CPC in 1973, and graduated from the Party school of the CPC Central Committee. He was mayor of Jinan City from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, he became Vice-Governor of Shandong Province.
